What I found that works is to eat less calories (eating right) then I exspend in exercise. The types of foods you eat should dirrectly reflect the type of training you are doing -so when you eat carbs pick the right ones -the ones that make you last longer. It took you a long time to get in the shape that you are in so is it so unfair that it should take you some time and energy to get back in the shape you use to be?? Instantanious gratification can get us into troble that "I have to have it now" thing is so blah blah blah zzzayyyy. Start counting the calories and eat all your green beans and broc buddy!
