I told my dad today that I'm going to buy a bike and then all he say is it's dangerous, u will get hit by a car or you are going to hit somebody, my reaction was OMG!! I can't drive because I can't really afford the insurance with my part-time, and I'm really sick of buses and walking. All I can do now is ride around the neighborhood for exercise when I have nothing to do, he wont let me ride to work or school. Is riding really that dangerous?? BTW im 17 years old
