Sometimes during the race season when i get down to like 157ish i can float pretty well, right now after the disasterious season i have had i don't roll too well..i might not show the pain but it's a lot slower than last year

Here's my tip: form follows form. Climb with panache and grace and the form will follow. Force yourself to at least look the part. That way, the muscles are being properly conditioned.
