My ride is very glass-strewn and my previous tires (Panaracer Tourguard) were kevlar-lined. Are you other Aurora riders finding the Hutchinson tires to be sufficient protection, or have you upgraded? I'm thinking a set of those Schwalbe Marathons might be in order.
I upgraded mine to Vittoria Randonneur 32c. I wanted a slightly fatter tire than the stock, and I also liked the reflective sidewall. I think they are more flat-resistant as well, but that's just an added bonus.
