I apply it to my uhm, person.
My thought is that applying to chamois isn't
really needed since almost all chamois is
synthetic now. With real chamois after washing
it got really stiff and caused some horrendous
chaffing if not properly treated.
I'm sure I still have some wool and chamois
shorts somewhere but hell if I'm gonna test
that theory again. . .
