typical bike shop...you have to realize that there is NOBODY in the world as excited about your bike as you, it's frustrating but it's the truth. it's even more painful dealing with high volume shops cause even though you might be a cutie to them your just money in the bank.

this is why i work on my own bikes, cause even with the good mechanics nobody cares about your bike or your safety as much as you do/ should.
