OP, you seem to be bold like myself by confronting the driver. I would have done the same thing and if I were even more angry that yourself, I would have spit on the driver so there would have been a real confrontation with him getting out and balls being kicked. I am serious! I second what so many say about a helmet camera in order to protect yourself while riding.
