OK but seriously some time ago while driving the team van at the Killington stage race, I was driving the guys back from the finishline back to race headquaters. we heard a few knocks on the side of the van and Davis Phinney had grabbed the sideview mirror and one of his teammates was holding the rear fender. I don't recall if I talked to him but I did see Mercxx at interbike once.
