i've been working on shifting my blood lipids profile so I've been eating loads of nuts/seeds, healthy oils, avocados and all that. All those things are so high calorie i just couldn't lose weight.
i like to enjoy a few drinks after a long day work... Then I start calculating the calories.
I can drink a 1/4 of my daily caloric intake in about an hour! Sucks.
