This is exactly why I invested in a handle bar mounted video camera. You never know when it will come in handy. Lucky for me I have not as yet had the need for it but I'm sure its just a matter of time. I get my share of people yelling and honking at me but no one has yet tried to kill me.

I think it's probably a good idea for every bike commuter to record their rides. I've been running with my little Canon mounted to my bars for the last couple of months but I'll eventually supplement it with a helmet cam. Given the hostile nature of cars versus bikes, it just seemed like a no-brainer for me.
