fyi to anyone reading, I've lived in St Paul, and my first reaction was "Snelling? Who would try to run you off the road on Snelling?", then when I read that it's about a mile north of University, I thought "Oooooh, riiiiiiiight". It's a little borderline ghetto over there.

...not that, I'm sure, this hasn't happened elsewhere as well. Just sayin'.
