The cranks and wheels are especially bad. The bottem bracket is generic(but thats perfectly fine for a BB), but wont be very stiff compared to the shamano one for the same price. I dont know anything about TT bars, so I cant comment. And the frame is a big neutral given his plans for it.


A side not, training for Tris on a fixed gear is highly disadventagous. It is rougher on the knees, the bike will fit and handle differently. And your bike over comes less clean fast strokes, by pedaling right through them.

It is good for endurance training(if done for long times in enclosed space(such as a velodrome) but for road training, its not really worth it.
