I'm getting a bad pain below my right shoulder blade on the side of my upper back at hour 3-4 on long hot days in the saddle. Feels like a muscle adhesion that needs to be massaged out. Anybody ever get pains like that? This has been over the past month or so. The warmer it is the worse it seems to get. I can ride through it, but it's not pleasant. Again, only really surfaces when I've been on the bike for many hours. One of the reasons I cut it short today.

Any experiences with stuff like that appreciated.
