You asked. Taking cell phone pics while riding is rather difficult, I might add.
80 miles, 6400 ft of climbing. 104.5 degrees on the blacktop. I weighed 175.6 lbs when I left and when I got home, I was 170.2 lbs.
Crazy Spin Instructor was pushing the pace up to Ward. Last 1.5 miles is an 11% grade. It hurt. Brutally hot.
