Yeah, I use a coach. Generally I knew the kind of stuff I should have be doing but ended up riding too much at the wrong times because it was fun. I still have fun, but having a coach helps me time it better.
No kidding? how much involvement does your coach have in your training/life? Just there for scheduling or slapping that cheese burger out of your hand. Either way, pretty cool.
