Bikes: 1986 Alpine (steel road bike), 2009 Ti Habenero, 2013 Specialized Roubaix

I also experience some discomfort by aprox mile number 50-60. I kinda figured this is "normal," so how realistic is it to expect a saddle to be completely comfortable for 100 miles?
