I've done that. (my mom lives in Charleston). I'm not sure Summit Ridge is as steep but its got to be close. Ridewithgps said maximum was 28.5%, but I think 20% is more accurate. And Summit Ridge goes on for 1500 vertical.

I'd said it's essentially Foxchase times 4.
