The way they fix a collapsed lung is to cut a hole into your side between your ribs and insert a plastic tube to drain out the leaking air and blood. My tube is draining thro9ugh atmospheric pressure but they can also use a patches and a pump if it needs to be vented faster. I have to wait till the perforated lung corrects itself before they can remove the tube.
I have the ladies car insurance number but I'm going to be contacting a personal injury lawyer tomorrow to see what they suggest I do.
