So I'm updating the settings and displays on my Garmin 705. My options for displaying power are, among others, "Power" and "Average Power." "Average Power" is the average power over the entire ride. I assume that "Power" as displayed on the Garmin is something like a 3-second rolling average. Is this right? Is there any way to change the number of seconds in the rolling average displayed on a Garmin?

Also, if I understood previous posts correctly, I should be turning on Zero Averaging on the Garmin. Right?
