Its a department store bike, probably made by Huffy or one of the similar contract manufacturers. You are not going to find information on a Penneys bike. They didn't make anything. They just had contract companies put decals on bikes for them.

I would like to know if these have some collectable value, and at what age correspond proximately.
I would like to paint It but i know that make it loss value if is collectable so I would like to have that information before made any change.
