It was a bit rough in the beginning. the bike shop people were idiots. My bikes came packaged poorly, I had parts to other peoples bikes in my boxes, and they cut my computer wire... it was too clean to be a rip. I also couldn't get parts like spacers and stuff to fit right. On my Trek I had it so there was just enough room with the spacers, tight fit but it worked. I think they mixed spacers up, I had to cut it down a few mm's. My Kona Dawg doesn't shift right so I am less than pleased, especially when it was over 200.00 to ship them.
Yea that engine has some good punch to it. Right now it doesn't have anything from the cat back. It needs inspected so I bought a flowmaster and a tailpipe. should be in soon (today hopefully) along with air filter, and a belt. Ill need shocks though cause this thing bucks worse than a bull. When on the gas or brake you can feel it, they go in increments. Set of rancheros will cost me 287. due to the quad front, add to the price =/. I am a die hard Ford guy, and having a Bronco, a 1996 at that (last year they where made) makes me happy.
Luckily for me is I can order any part or tires through the family business and get a discounted price. I get parts for at cost, not retail. And we have just about every tool imaginable in the shop. My cousin is also the head painter and a body worker at a big auto body shop. Hes practically the owners right hand man. He has 24/7 access to the shop, and its air conditioned. So basically just the money is holding me back..... money... such a horribly wonderful thing lol.
