The two big shows that I know of are Eurobike and Interbike. Those web sites will have some news, internet searches will turn up other reports during the shows, and bike manufacturer's web sites may have some announcements about the new models at about the time of those shows although they often don't want to poison sales of current models with too much talk about the new models. I would think there would be a big show in Asia too, I just don't know of it if there is one.
