the fixie is an engage or not, freewheel, shift, and there is the 3 speed gear select, both ends of a drop bar, so a frame with 2 brakes would be best..

you could get some deep drop track bars of chromoly , and put road brake levers on them ,+ , the bar end shifters .

Match sprints from every stoplight, that should be aggressive enough.
I have the S3X hub and there is no selectable freewheel function. It comes with one bar end shifter. It is ALWAYS Fixed Gear. The only hub ever made that I am aware of with a selectable FG or Freewheel function that was selectable while riding was a BSA hub from the immediate pre or post WW2 era. It is apparently very rare and a collectors item.

Only a 3 speed but IIRC Swobo makes a fairly agressive IGH bike. Not cheap though.
