Let's say we had a battle where we kept driving frames into bigger and bigger potholes until one of them bent. Too lazy to look up relative yield stresses between these materials, but I'm pretty sure that 531 would win this battle by at least a small amount even though it was considerably thinner than the other two metals. A modern high-strength steel oversize tube will do even better.
