I agree. IMO, the Soma Rush is everything the Kilo TT should be or not be:

1) Standard 27.2mm seatpost instead of the oddball 26.8mm for much better / cheaper choices
2) No silly rack / fender mounts, like anyone actually uses them
3) Water bottle mounts on downtube in case you plan to actually ride the bike more than a mile at a time
4) Built-in seat binder bolt lug adds a touch of class
5) Option for threadless or threaded fork
6) More serious track geo than Kilo TT in smaller sizes
