I think you should go for all of them. Since this is your first full season you aren't so finely tuned that an exact training plan is guaranteed to have better results. Even pros get a fitness boost from completing a stage race. As long as you don't dig yourself into too deep a hole you'll be fine. (unless the TT is a week after the stage race, then you might not be fully recovered).
Aim to peak for the road SR, then have a rest week (mostly easy rides) until you're recovered, then do TT specific training and taper for the TT.
I have a big A race which is a two day stage race, but very hard with 29k feet of climbing. After that there's a local hillclimb series but it happens when I am in my off season. So I am not training for the hillclimb races, I only do the ones I feel like doing, and I'm not putting in as much volume or intensity as normal.
But I've put out some of my best power numbers in some those races, 2-4 weeks after the stage race.
