Too little information to give you much useful advice. Are you a casual rider or an avid cyclist? What is your acceptable price range for a recumbent? Are you looking for a 2 or 3 wheeled recumbent? Are you willing to consider a used bike or trike? There are some excellent bikes for shorter people that are no longer in production but can be had on the used market.
Being on the short end of the human spectrum, I can sympathize with you having to put up with a narrower range of choices over someone in the middle height range. You might find that a slightly reclined seat will work better than a bike with an upright seat if breathing is a problem when riding on an upright.
I'd suggest going to
www.bentrideronline.com and look at the recently updated Buyer's Guide. It will tell you about the good and bad features, the approximate price, and whether or not it will fit someone your height. You can also repeat this question in the New-to-Recumbents section of the Message Board. There are a lot of recumbent riders who read and post on bentrider.
