I a ate small to moderate sized (medium?) portion of pasta for lunch at work today and the formula of which was:

Low carb linguini
7 small meatballs
vodka sauce
plum tomatoes
wild mushrooms
scallions

It tasted great. It was from one of those cafe places in downtown manhattan.
Anyways, I'm getting ready to do a commute/training ride home. My course is about 25 miles of some easy/moderate/and hard riding.
Did my food choices screw me up? Will I be able to digest and *ahem* clear out the unmentionables before my ride begins? Will I have enough energy from a 12 noon lunch to a 5 or 6pm ride time?

Thanks for whatever advice.

EDIT: Cripes! I forgot how dangerous it is to make even the most casual post to a forum. You guys probably turn your nose up at a mere 25 miles per day for casual training no matter the intensity hmm?
Fine, I'll bump it up to 40 miles per day! Anyways, some feedback on the food choices would still be appreciated.
