Right on. The reason I've thought about the Super Course is the fact that they're pretty plentiful, cheaper and they have no derailleur hanger. I'd like to try fixed gear riding. I sure wouldn't say no to an International. I just restored a Competition GS for a friend and man, was that thing light.
Don't be swayed by the different material used on the Super Course. I've got one as well as the other top three. The SC holds it's own in terms of ride quality. Can you shoot higher in the Raleigh chain? Sure, but you might not need to.
