If you have your stem pointed up, your body will drop a little bit, but it also shorter so your shoulders will be more over the bars. Depending on the rise of your bars what will proably happen is your hips will be more strait over your saddly, your back will be curved up over your bars, and your arms will be more straight down over the bars.
