I've been getting killed in the Tues Night races. Come off after 20-30-40 minutes. Last Tue and the one before that I got totally shelled.

Always a bit crampy, been going on for a couple months. 45 min and I start twinging. I figure out a way to get through it in real races, but in training races not (and in training I just sit up). I tried to push through last week, even did a sprint when I decided to stop, but it's kind of frustrating.
Sweat is really salty too, like cloudy. I was using lots of electrolyte drink stuff before. Now I'm focusing on water. No difference.
