Hi I did a search on the forums and didn't see this exactly what I needed.
I don't know a lot of mountain bikes. My brother in law and I want to start running some beginner's courses this autumn. I bought a bike with a Rock shox Sid Race on it. I figured out + and - air I think but I really don't understand Rebound tuning. There is a picture of a turtle and a rabbit and I thought that controls how quickly the compression rebounds but I really don't know and also have no idea which setting is correct for what riding. The bike shop just said set it in the middle
What does it do exactly and how should I set it for different types of riding? Thanks
