Have a question about the BLACK Campy BB30 adapter. I understand it's a press in thing. So, when I purchase the groupset, the crank can be pressed in regardless of English or Italian thread? The adapter does not seem to have thread yet in choosing the crankset, it asks for types of thread. How does the crankset fit into the adapter? I am a bit confused. Add to the confusion, I also see the SILVER or PEWTER outboard threaded adapter. Not sure what these are used for. My frame is designed to accept BB30. I assume I only need the BLACK adapter and not the SILVER/PEWTER outboard type, correct? Thanks for replies.
