I find it not worth my time. And i have * knocks on wood * only had a few flats with my bike. Most of them non repairable. I have blown 2 stems this year.
5 bucks is nothing. Hell, even 10 or 20 bucks is nothing. I'd rather run a brand new tube than trust a patched tube (this is sort of along the same line as that chuck it or boot it tire thread).
