Today was my 2nd day commuting to work, and I must say it was great! It started off a little slow, but after my 2nd mile I hit the lake and took the lake path the last 5 miles north towards work. (I like in Chicago and there is a lake path on Lake Michigan). Right when I first hit the lake I realized how great it is biking to work, seeing the reflection of the sun glimmer off fo the water and all of the boats in the harbor. It is worth every single pedal for that feeling of serenity.

Thankfully the weather was better this morning, it was a brisk 43 degrees with a moderate wind. Now I can only imagine how great it is going to be with hot summer weather, I can only wait.
