I got a set of Planet Bike fenders on my touring bike and while fully functional, the hardware is cheesy and the chrome prone to rust (Is it me or chrome ain't supposed to do that)

I'm reframing my bike (going from aluminum to a Surly Cross Check) so I guess this is a good time to upgrade the fenders. I found the Honjo Hammertone fenders. What other good quality fenders are out there?
