3. Come on, deep down you know that eating bacon, hamburger patties and all that meat is not good for you. You are harming your body and greatly increasing your chances for many diseases. There will be long term consequences to how you are eating.
fiber does help but fat does more. Fat satisfies hunger very well.
Plus it usually takes less. Just look at my bacon 6 slices are 210 calories. Two slices of bread are 200 and that’s just plain bread.
As far as what I eat is it good for me? Well if you go by the media that has brainwashed Americans into thinking fat is the worst thing right next to foods with cholesterol then yes it’s horrible. But if you look at my blood and I am 42 the cholesterol levels are really good. Quite a few low carbers get good blood results too. It seems to be easier to control with low carb then low fat.
But you did not read what I wrote well I can’t handle any carbs. 2 M&M’s would slow me down for a day. I have lost about 50 pounds so far. In the future I may be able to eat some carbs but it will not be the low quality carbs most Americans eat.
