The specs are very similar between the Keo Max and Keo Max carbon with the exception of weight so I wouldn't splash that much for the carbon variety unless it came with a titanium spindle. The carbon version is only 30g lighter, not worth the extra expense in my opinion. Check PBK and Chain Reaction Cycles for them because you can get them much cheaper than the prices quoted here; I paid well under $150 for them from Chain Reaction Cycles.
