Hey all, there is an unidentified vintage-looking track frame up on ebay, here. Does anyone have an idea of what it is? Someone on the ebay site suggested to the seller that it was a Ciocc, but it doesn't look like any other Ciocc pictures around the net.

Note the distinctive logo on the head tube and the italian flage braze-on on the top tube.
