You need to come to grips with what your needs really are. It sounds to me like you're looking for race rims to use for delivering **** on iffy streets. Those are cross - purposes. Gary Bontrager used to say "Strong, light, cheap. Pick any two." If you were to come to me, I'd try to move you from Arrowheads to stronger (and heavier) Dyad rims.
