1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride? A TREK S720

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older? Just a multi-vitamin pill and two tablespoons of Udo's Choice

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any? Not noticeably. My wife might be of a different opinion, says it takes me ages to get stuff done

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life? All my life

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides. Longer rides, short rec. rides, commuting

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage? Every day. Don't really know... An educated guess'd be about 4000 - 5000 miles annually

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.? A bit of weight lifting, walking and, so far, three trekkings on the Camino de Santiago

If you haven't already, perhaps you might indicate your age. It helps others to see that folks 50+ do great things. Turned 60 two weeks ago
