Fired on a Cinelli Xperience with Vibe 7s bars, stem, and seat post from my LBS/Team shop. It's all in, just haven't picked it up yet. Thanks for all the suggestions.

As for the carbon seat stays...yeah..that's a big no-no for me. The carbon fork(w/alum. steerer) is the only carbon you'll find on this build...with the exception of the new racing gloves with carbon fiber knuckles...no more ground down knuckes for me....that sucked!
