I had a guy who wanted to follow me a few years ago in the middle of the winter at night. He had no lights, I had an HID.

I went pretty slow, and looped back to pick him up twice. On the 3rd time I stopped and looped back quite a ways and waited for him but never saw him again. I mean, I was slowed down to about 10 MPH and he still wasn't keeping up.
