A new Brooks saddle because the stock one hurt my ass.
A new KMC chain because my stock one broke twice
A new Thompson seatpost because my stock seat post kept sliding and there were a ton of insertion marks along the sides.
And finally new Fiziks microtex grip tape because I didn't want to have raw bars except for in the drops.
