Another bike decision thread

My brand new Roubaix that got wrecked by a car is going to be replaced by the insurance company and being that I really should be on at least 63cm/64cm frame due to my size I think I may be shooting for that. Problem is that 2011 the Roubaix is only going to make the 64cm frame in a $3k+ model which is more than I'm wanting spend on a bike. So for me it's coming down to these two which are similarly priced:

2011 Secteur Comp Compact - They have the 64cm frame for 2011, carbon fork, aluminum frame, and the updated 2011 Shimano 105 components

2010 CAAD9-4 - 63cm frame option, aluminum, carbon fork, SRAM Force/Rival components

I've already bought, ridden, and loved a Roubaix so if the Secteur is anything like that I'll love it. Never been on a Cannondale though. Looking for opinions, differences between the two spec sheets that are noteworthy, etc.
