Hi-

My friend is looking for a new bike for his wife for around town. Looking for upright seating, internally geared hub, much chain-guardage, fenders/racks standard-type bike.

Most of the stuff I have seen that fits the bill are $6-700+, but being a C&V type guy I don't really follow the new products.

Any suggestions?
