Bikes: are fun to ride

Dude, you need help all over! Here's a start: bum a square taper crank puller tool from a friend and a set of metric hex wrenches to remove the crankset and v-brakes. Then sell the v-brakes and levers to buy a new fixed gear hub/wheel, new single ring crank. Get rid of the crap suspension fork, you'll never get street cred with the fixie crowd with that. Bottom line: you've got a ways to go to convert that into a decent fixie.
