Congratulations everyone! I went from 175 to 150 pounds last year averaging 80 high-intensity commute miles per week, crept up 5 pounds over the winter, and quickly lost it again this spring. My wife doesn't like seeing my ribs. Neither do I, for that matter, but I'm not motivated enough to work on my upper body.
Now my doctor says my LDL cholesterol numbers are way too high, so I need to lower my cholesterol without losing weight.
