I went from 240 to 180 two years ago, running most of the time. And then I went from 180 to 160 the next year, just lifting weights. And then this year down to 147 (approx. cause I don't have a scale now), lifting weights and now commuting on bike. Hopefully I can get to 140 and stay there so I can say I lost 100lbs. I'm 5'7" by the way and went from a 40" to 28" waistline. Most of the weight loss is from portioning food.
When I first started losing weight, I thought 180 would be my limit. I never knew I would be able to go down to where I am today. So, it is possible. And great job to everyone! Keep it up! And surely all these stories will continue to inspire others!
