I measured my FTP today and it was 238 watts using the 20 minute method. I know it does not mean anything but this thread motivated me.
I did it in the MUP after a moderate hill climb and 19 miles into my AM ride. iBike + PT ANT so the power is PT based. It descended 27 feet from where I started but the there was an 8.6 mph average head wind as indicated by the iBike wind sensor. It was the MUP so I had to slow down once or twice hence the minimum speed of 9mph.
